About Richard
A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Rich is a diehard Wake Forest Demon Deacons fan who founded the firm with his brother, Rob, in 2011.
With more than 30 years of public accounting experience, Rich has served large multi-national public corporations, closely held organizations, nonprofit entities, families, and individuals. He has significant experience assisting CFOs and CEOs with risk and controls management, mergers and acquisitions, organizational structure, and succession planning. With a passion for helping others, Rich provides value to his clients by listening to their goals and partnering with them to create an achievable path to that end.
In his spare time Rich enjoys biking, traveling with his family, and cheering on the Carolina Panthers.
