Originally from Vietnam, Gina has spent much of her life in Charleston, South Carolina. She is a UVA basketball fan and joined the Carter team in 2021.
With nearly 10 years in public accounting, Gina focuses on business and individual tax. She brings value to her clients with her expansive knowledge and attention to detail.
