Carter Welcomes Elizabeth Roberts as Audit Senior

We are excited to announce the newest addition to our amazing audit team at Carter.  Elizabeth Roberts, a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with a proven track record in audit and internal control processes, has joined us for the 2023 audit season.  With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a minor in Criminal Justice from Western Carolina University, Elizabeth brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our firm.

Elizabeth’s experience includes serving as an Audit Senior where she led and reviewed audits across diverse sectors, ranging from HUD and real estate to nonprofits and 401(k) plans.  Her attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to assess risks and internal controls make her an invaluable addition to our team.  Elizabeth has also demonstrated her expertise as an Audit Associate where she conducted audits for education boards, charter schools, and various other organizations.
